| Find a permanent solution after 10 years of issues with the trash container location, nauseating odors and trash dumpster pickups right next to our building at 3 to 4 a.m. waking up the whole area. Trash container next to The Joyce Street residences and close to my house when he clearly has many alternative places he can put it if he wanted to be neighborly. Sal also moves it closer as his mood changes. (see Trash Container Page) | The trash container has been moved away from the house
for some time now and for the most part has been kept away and sprinkled
with lime as needed.
It still lacks the required enclosure and is still to close to the street in what is supposed to be the front yard setback along Joyce Street as per ordinance. |
